Ongoing Partnership // In an effort to provide top tier follow up coaching that supports the Organizational Goals of the church, 5 Stone will visit the church 2-4 times per year. At which time the the 5 Stone team member(s) will provide further assessment, feedback, coaching, and strategy sessions that support sustained growth. Acting as a sort of compass 5 Stone works to encourage the church leadership to hold true to it’s core values and Organizational Goals, from year to year, in an ongoing relationship.
